The Opportunity: This is an opportunity for an experienced professional to join a high-performing team and play a key role in serving and growing existing client relationships. You’ll help manage client interactions, support planning needs, and deliver an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for a group of established client relationships Prepare for and participate in client meetings, including follow-ups and tracking next steps Identify planning and service needs and coordinate execution with the team Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition Maintain accurate and detailed notes in CRM and financial planning systems Collaborate with the lead advisor to strengthen and grow client relationships Ideal Candidate: 3+ years of experience in financial services, ideally in client-facing roles Familiarity with HNW planning needs and a service-first mindset Series 7 and 66 (or willingness to obtain) CFP preferred but not required Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through Values: work ethic, longevity, integrity, and responsiveness Location:
