Base pay range
$45.00/hr - $55.00/hr Required Skills & Experience 3-5 years of experience in business analysis Experience training non-technical end users on technical updates and changes to promote adoption Experience managing multiple projects at once Ability to work and communicate with all levels of the organization, including HR, senior leaders from Merchant, Planning, and Store teams. Nice to Have Skills & Experience Retail industry experience Experience training IT applications. Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join one of our retail clients. This individual will be joining the End-User Productivity team where they will be closely managing changes that occur across the Microsoft tools and relaying that information to end users across the organization. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing End User Productivity Viva Engage Community and all other forms of communication, including global email communications and intranet communications. This individual must be able to provide white-glove service to senior leaders across the organization and promote technical advancements specific to Microsoft tools. Seniority level
