A health services network in New Jersey is currently seeking a licensed professional to join one of their federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) in Atlantic City as a Clinician. In this role, the Clinician (LCSW / LPC / MFT) will be responsible for providing in-home therapeutic services for children and families.

5 cases Responsibilities:
The Clinician (LCSW / LPC / MFT) will:
Schedule and conduct family and/or individual therapy sessions in-home or if requested by family in another location or virtually Complete training in the evidence -based model and completes adoption certification Execute assessments and all necessary case record documentation/forms Input all data within the tracking system to monitor change (improvement or decline) Collaborate with child study teams, hospital programs and other collateral providers, as clinically appropriate and permitted, to ensure continuity of care. Provide additional clinical/therapeutic services as appropriate to situation and ethics Participate in team meetings and individual supervisory meetings on a regular basis (as appropriate and needed) Act as a promoter and ambassador of the program and the agency within the community Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications:
Minimum of an LCSW, LPC, or MFT Desired Skills:
Experience with Children and Families Experience with foster care and loss issues
