As an Aqua Fitness Instructor, you will help members achieve their fitness goals in the pool by teaching diverse classes that promote a fun workout environment. Your responsibilities include leading classes, educating members on proper form and technique, making modifications as needed, and motivating participants to return. You will deliver engaging, challenging workouts with enthusiasm and active demonstration. Our state-of-the-art facilities are equipped with high-quality equipment and spacious class areas. We seek instructors with various skills and certifications to expand our Aqua fitness offerings. To succeed in this role, you should have experience as an exercise instructor, inspiring member retention and engagement. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively with a diverse population. A solid understanding of fitness training, exercise principles, and techniques in your specialty is required. This position is ideal for individuals interested in exercise science, fitness training, customer relations, or non-profit work.
