POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for a Food & Beverage Service Manager to lead our catering staff. You will motivate our union and non-union staff to provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include ensuring efficient catering operation, as well as maintaining high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
