Peoplelink Staffing has partnered with one of the world's leading global logistics providers - supporting industry and trade in the global exchange of goods through land transport, worldwide air and ocean freight, contract logistics and supply chain management. We are currently hiring Forklift Operators for their new location in New Berlin, WI.
The Warehouse Forklift Driver is responsible for loading and unloading freight, inventory control, rotation and inspection and other warehouse related duties to ensure timely and accurate delivery of freight to customers.

Warehouse Forklift Driver Job Summary:
- 2nd shift roles currently available
- Monday - Friday
- Overtime may be required (may include weekends)
- $22.12 per hour
- Load inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers
- Unload inbound and outbound containers and sort according to size of freight and destination
- Safely operate material handling equipment such as sit down forklift, stand up forklift, reach truck, cherry picker, etc.
- Read, decode, and decipher freight coding in order to expedite freight movement and tracing process
- Reconcile driver pick up and delivery manifests
- Label, weigh and dimensionalize freight
- Record damaged shipments and misrouted freight on applicable reports
- Responsible for inventory, rotation and inspection of freight held in the warehouse
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to operate a variety of equipment such as a sit down forklift, stand up forklift, reach truck, cherry picker, etc.
- Strong organizational, inventory, and accounting skills
- Must be able to read, decode, and decipher freight coding
