Compensation: $30.00–$36.00/hr (based on experience)

PACE is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate brings experience in heavy lifts, thrives in physically demanding environments, and is ready to work in the fast-paced world of oil & gas.

Key Requirements:Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience (oil & gas preferred)
• Experience with heavy lifts (40,000 lbs+) is a strong plus
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills highly valued
• Familiarity with oilfield equipment and operations is a major advantage

Certifications & Licensing

• OSHA-compliant forklift certification preferred (PACE can provide during onboarding)
• Valid CDL Class A required

Skills & Physical Requirements

• Proven ability to safely operate forklifts and related equipment
• Comfortable lifting 50–100+ lbs repeatedly
• Physically fit with stamina to work in heat, cold, and rough terrain
• Strong attention to safety, detail, and teamwork
• Able to follow direction and communicate clearly in English
• Willingness to work long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Safety & Compliance

• Must follow all PACE safety protocols and OSHA regulations
• Ability to recognize and report safety risks or equipment issues
• Completion of oilfield safety training (e.g., SafeLand, H2S) preferred
