The Merchandising Manager for Fragrance & Home Care is responsible for expanding and managing Quince's product assortment in these categories, including launching new products and driving growth. About Quince

Manage and grow the fragrance and home care product categories, including assortment, revenue, and margins. Develop and execute strategies for category expansion and product launches. Build and maintain vendor relationships with manufacturers and fragrance oil suppliers. Qualifications
6-12 years retail merchandising experience in fragrance and home care categories. Experience with product development from concept to launch. Strong vendor relationships and proven growth in previous roles. Data-driven decision-making skills and ability to leverage technology. Bachelor's Degree preferred; remote candidates considered. Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $90,000—$160,000 USD. Quince offers equal employment opportunities and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. Additional Information
This role is ideally hybrid in San Francisco, but remote candidates are welcome. The role is full-time, mid-senior level, within the marketing and sales function, in the technology industry.
