Position Summary Westman Atelier is seeking an energetic Makeup Artist passionate about clean, luxury beauty to represent the brand in-store. The role involves providing the highest level of customer experience, developing customer loyalty through product education, and clienteling. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, a drive for excellence, and is a true ambassador for Westman Atelier. Responsibilities Achieve daily sales goals through in-store service and support at vendor events. Provide exceptional makeup services, showcasing excellent skills aligned with Westman Atelier products. Educate customers on brand products to create awareness and assist with product selection through demonstrations and applications. Participate in and complete online learning modules on grooming and procedures. Maintain proper hygiene guidelines when demonstrating products. Assist with inventory management, maintaining store standards, and restocking as needed. Adhere to brand and retailer image guidelines and standards at all times. Communicate regularly with leadership to keep them informed of all actions and events. Build strong relationships with in-store category managers and collaborate effectively with store personnel and sales teams. Requirements 1-2 years of beauty or skincare sales experience; makeup artistry degree or certification is a plus. Familiarity with beauty retail environments; Sephora experience preferred. Proven success handling customer matters in a fast-paced environment. Ability to travel within the region to various retailers. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and special events. High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Passion for clean, luxury beauty products.
