Position Overview
Autumn Ridge Apartments in Carol Stream is looking for reliable individuals to work as a POOL ATTENDANT at our outdoor pool. This is a part-time, seasonal position from Memorial Day through Labor Day, with flexible weekday and weekend schedules.
Note: This is not a lifeguard position.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in residents & guests, providing friendly and efficient service.
- Enforce pool rules and maintain cleanliness and order at the pool.
- Perform basic pool cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Report incidents or accidents to the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
- Monitor patrons in the facility and respond immediately to incidents.
- Be flexible to cover shifts as needed.
- Follow opening and closing procedures when scheduled.
- Enforce community rules and policies.
Compensation
The hourly rate for this position is $13.00.
