Job Summary The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in delivering compassionate nursing care to residents of all ages in our long-term care facility. You will work under the guidance of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. We seek individuals with strong knowledge of nursing principles and a passion for providing quality care tailored to each resident's unique needs. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of residents. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborating effectively with healthcare team members to assess and document resident care. Building strong, supportive relationships with residents, families, and staff. Providing education and counseling to residents and families under supervision. Acting swiftly and effectively in emergency situations. Qualifications Applicants must meet the following criteria: Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse; an associate degree in practical nursing is preferred. If the position requires IV therapy/management skills, completion of an approved program is necessary. Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Dakota or holds multi-state licensure privileges.
