Duties Include; • Medication Administration, including IVs. • Taking and recording vital signs. • Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome. • Provide resident and family education. • Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals. • Supervising CNAs Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: • Current Tennessee License-LPN Salary: Up to $34 an hour Based on experience $3,000 SIGN ON BONUS!!
