We are looking for a Vice President of HELOC Sales and Product Division to build and lead our new division from the ground up. This role requires a strategic sales leader with deep experience in mortgage lending, product distribution, and go-to-market execution, with a focus on developing and scaling sales strategies that optimize Direct-to-Consumer, Broker, and Correspondent lending channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of launching and growing mortgage products, leading high-performing sales teams, and working across departments to ensure seamless execution. A strong understanding of capital markets, competitive positioning, and regulatory considerations is essential. Success in this role will require exceptional business development skills, financial acumen, and the ability to cultivate partnerships while driving market expansion and revenue growth. In addition to the posted salary, this position is also eligible for an annual bonus. The Vice President of HELOC Sales & Product Division will be responsible for building and leading the HELOC division driving market adoption, sales growth, and product execution across multiple channels. The position will also involve P&L ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and team development driving efficiency and long-term success. Occasional business travel will be required. Strategic Leadership & Execution
Develop and execute the go-to-market, data-driven strategy for the digital HELOC product, aligning with Arc Home’s corporate objectives, revenue targets and long-term growth plans. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive results across all sales channels. Continuously assess market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to refine strategy. Direct-to-Consumer: Build a scalable, high-converting DTC sales strategy that optimizes borrower acquisition. Broker Channel: Cultivate strong relationships with mortgage brokers to drive volume and adoption. Correspondent Channel: Establish a comprehensive framework for correspondent partnerships, ensuring competitive positioning, seamless onboarding, and efficient execution. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Marketing, Credit, and Technology teams to develop tools and strategies that enhance sales enablement. Partner with Finance and Executive Leadership to manage P&L, pricing, and performance metrics. Lead training, sales enablement, and process optimization efforts to ensure smooth execution. Leadership & Talent Development
Build and lead a high-performing HELOC team, attracting top talent and fostering professional growth. Cultivate a results-oriented culture that prioritizes innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Act as the primary representative of the HELOC division, driving industry engagement and positioning Arc Home as a leader in the home equity lending space. Position Qualifications:
Skills/Abilities: Strategic Sales Leadership – Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth and market adoption. Mortgage & Home Equity Expertise – Deep understanding of home equity lending, HELOC products, and multi-channel distribution models (DTC, Broker, Correspondent). Business Development & Relationship Management – Strong ability to cultivate partnerships, expand market share, and optimize sales performance across various lending channels. Analytical & Data-Driven Decision Making – Skilled in leveraging market insights, competitive analysis, and performance metrics to refine strategies and optimize execution. Cross-Functional Leadership – Experience working closely with Operations, Technology, Marketing, Finance, and Credit teams to streamline product execution and maximize efficiency. Executive Presence & Industry Engagement – Strong communication skills with the ability to represent Arc Home in industry discussions, conferences, and client meetings. Talent Development & Team Leadership – Ability to recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and product team while fostering a culture of innovation and results. Education and Experience: Combined 10+ years of mortgage industry experience, with experience in a leadership role (Sales, Channel Management, or Product Development) preferred. Proven track record in launching and scaling mortgage product lines, with demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and market expansion. Extensive experience in home equity lending or HELOC products preferred. A strong understanding of capital markets, competitive positioning, and regulatory considerations is essential. Experience in P&L management, financial forecasting, and performance optimization within a mortgage sales environment.
