Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations Manager
to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in aligning cross-functional stakeholders, optimizing GTM processes, and ensuring operational excellence across product launches and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement. You will collaborate closely with product, marketing, sales, user experience, and analytics teams to drive seamless execution and measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Analyze and optimize end-to-end GTM processes to improve team effectiveness and operational impact. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute GTM strategies for new product launches. Lead project management efforts for GTM initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and cross-functional alignment. Facilitate communication across business units to ensure cohesive execution aligned with GTM and business goals. Provide strategic input during business requirements development to ensure alignment with company objectives. Review tools and customer-facing experiences to ensure they meet frontline and customer needs. Design and evaluate reporting frameworks to track GTM performance and sales effectiveness. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline GTM operations. Support change management initiatives related to GTM processes and tools. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Communications, or a related field. Experience in GTM operations, business operations, or program/project management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent project management and organizational abilities. Proven cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Preferred: Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry.
