Due to growth, Gold Standard Service Company , an emerging industry leader in providing top-quality maintenance and repair services for restaurant equipment, is seeking a skilled Field Supervisor / Food Service/Restaurant Equipment Mechanic to join their team area. The Field Supervisor will travel between the Washington, DC and Richmond, VA areas and should reside in a commutable distance to both geographies . If you have at least 7-10 years of food service/restaurant equipment repair experience , Gold Standard wants to hear from you! CFESA certifications are a huge plus but are not required. Leadership experience is a plus but not required. Flexible schedule : Typically, Monday – Friday daytime hours. The Field Supervisor will be responsible for: Training technicians on service jobs Helping with technical support on jobs Monitoring the team of technicians Periodic preventative maintenance of restaurant equipment Restaurant equipment repairs Refrigeration equipment repairs such as ice machines, walk-in refrigerator and freezer units, and stand-alone units Flooring, plumbing, and electrical repairs The Field Supervisor will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, performing repairs and replacements, and ensuring the proper functioning and safety of the equipment In addition, the Field Supervisor will manage a team of Technicians and offer support and supervision About the Company: Established in 2024, Gold Standard Service Company is an emerging industry leader in providing top-quality maintenance and repair services for restaurant equipment.
