Go to next pageWe own commercial buildings in Southeast Wisconsin and are seeking to hire a full-time Maintenance Specialist - Building Maintenance to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing work orders and performing general maintenance tasks across all our locations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the P&L for our real estate holdings, including creating and adhering to the annual budget.
- Manage building maintenance staff, ensuring timely completion of work orders and tenant satisfaction.
- Oversee refinancing efforts and supervise the Commercial Property Manager to ensure spaces are leased out.
- Travel to various buildings to foster positive relationships with tenants.
- Manage development projects from permitting to completion.
- Present business updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial real estate.
- Familiarity with working with tenants, contractors, banking relationships, and government agencies.
- Experience managing people.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Business acumen with understanding of budgeting and reading a P&L.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
This position is classified as Mid-Senior level, full-time, and falls under the job function of Sales and Business Development within the Wholesale industry.
