General Manager - Savannah, GA
Base Salary: $50,000-$60,000 + Profit Sharing
We're hiring a motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our team in Savannah, GA. This is an excellent role for someone who wants to run a fast-paced restaurant operation without late nights or burnout.
What We Offer:
- Base salary of $50,000-$60,000
- Up to 10% profit sharing, paid out per period (13 periods/year)
- Phone allowance every 4-week period
- 2 weeks paid vacation
- Recommended 45-hour work week
- Operating hours: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM (you'll be home for dinner!)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Experience in food service or restaurant management
- Someone who takes pride in guest service, operations, and staff development
- A positive, hands-on manager who can keep things running smoothly
- Based in or willing to relocate to Savannah, GA
