The Opportunity This is an exceptional opportunity to lead two critical operational sites based in Kwinana and Henderson with autonomy and passion. Your expertise in leading high-performance teams, along with commercial acumen, hazardous waste and water treatment experience, transport operations, logistics, and fleet management, will form the foundation of your success. Key Responsibilities Drive a culture of compliance and safety through initiatives and programs Ensure that appropriate performance reviews, talent management and succession plans are in place to maximise engagement and retention of employees, utilising HR support, as required. Partner with Commercial Finance teams to drive data integrity and process improvements for market growth. Oversee operational and financial performance of both sites, including profit and loss reporting, budgeting and forecasting Monitor and manage costs, implementing reduction programs to maximise profitability and operational efficiency while ensuring a safe working environment About You You are an inspired, self-motivated, and experienced leader with a proven track record in operational management within hazardous liquids, logistics, or a similar industrial environment. You excel at balancing day-to-day management with continuous improvement initiatives, all while ensuring team engagement and customer satisfaction.
