Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to oversee all operations at the hotel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving business growth. This individual must be able to relocate within and be willing to commit to the position long-term.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals Manage day-to-day operations and ensure all departments are running smoothly Lead and motivate a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service Monitor financial performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure profitability Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Willingness to relocate to AZ, NM, CO, TX and commit to the position long-term
