Role and Responsibilities Under supervision, the Nuclear Medicine Technologist performs various procedures involving radionuclides for diagnosis and treatment, ensuring quality patient care across all ages, and participating in outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Identify patients using approved guidelines, prepare radionuclides, and administer them aseptically. Ensure equipment quality control, perform patient examinations, and evaluate image quality. Present completed exams to radiologists, assist with image manipulation, and support patient needs. Perform a range of nuclear medicine procedures, demonstrating proficiency with equipment and technology.
