Lead manufacturer in the Flavor/Fragrance industry seeking an experienced 3rd Shift Chemical Compounder to join our team. We offer competitive pay, career growth opportunities, and outstanding benefits.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate and monitor process equipment in area of responsibility.
- Maintain batch sheets, spreadsheets, and other documentation.
- Understand production systems (e.g., SAP, MES, WAC).
- Troubleshoot process or equipment problems.
- Material movements (drums, forklift, etc.).
- Acquire skills to operate the sanitization room, package product, become proficient on automated machines, and be able to compound product.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of chemical operating experience.
- Knowledge of G.M.P’s (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Physical Requirements
- Ability to be on your feet 60% - 90% of the day.
- Frequently lift a 35 lb. product hose.
- Frequently move, lift, pull & push up to 50 lbs.
- Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Must have the ability to operate a forklift.
Pay Rates
Compounder for 3rd shift: $23.85 + 12% shift differential.
