Job Title: Associate Director Global HCP Engagement, Nemolizumab
Location: Boston, Hybrid 3/days in office
Job Description
As our new Associate Director Global HCP Engagement, you will lead our HCP engagement efforts to drive market development supporting Galderma's first biologic treatment, NEMLUVIO (nemolizumab), for atopic dermatitis and prurigo nodularis. This role plays a pivotal role in supporting a strategic, global launch of a first-in-class product.
The role partners closely with the global cross functional team, including Medical Affairs and Customer Education & Training, and directly reports to the Global Market Development Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- In partnership with countries and regional heads, define strategic HCP engagement objectives and drive tactical execution of HCP engagement plans comprehensive of speaker bureaus, congress presence, and advisory board planning
- Lead development of global core materials for HCP education and engagement activities to be deployed in medical conferences or to local markets, including partnership with Regulatory, Medical, Legal and Compliance stakeholders to ensure all materials are high-quality and on-strategy
- Drive execution of global congress strategy, including external engagements
- Manage MLR approval process for global unbranded assets and resources
- Act as key stakeholder and relationship owner with agency partners and customer education and training team
- Manage key opinion leader influence and mapping strategy, research process, and execution
- Ensure strong budget management
- Masters Degree with 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a global, regional or US marketing role OR Bachelors Degree and 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a global, regional or US marketing role
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field
- Experience in dermatology/immunology preferred
- Experience with medical/regulatory/legal material approval process required
- Strong ability to translate science into commercial strategies
- Cross-functional experience required, proven track record of collaboration and coordination with key internal and external stakeholders (including external agency partners)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills: ability to articulate a point of view succinctly and effectively to senior leaders and external customers
- Comprehensive analytical/strategic thinking skills; demonstrated ability to utilize data in fact-based decision-making (data to insights, to action).
- Ability and confidence to work effectively and with a sense of urgency across a global matrix enterprise, and to influence without authority
- Adaptability, resilience, tenacity and ability to quickly pivot
- Proficient in English, MS Office; especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Availability to travel >10% time
- Valid Passport
