Advocate Health is seeking Neurologists to join our physician-led medical group and serve patients at the Aurora Medical Center in Grafton, WI. Located 20 miles north of Milwaukee, Grafton is a desirable suburb with excellent schools, beautiful homes, and a relaxed urban lifestyle.

Position highlights

• General Neurology – Busy day 1; subspecialists willing to see general Neurology are also invited to apply
• Competitive compensation of $353,285 with potential for additional earnings and an attractive sign-on bonus
• Up to $125,000 in Student Loan Forgiveness
• Positions qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness as a 501(c)(3) organization
• Join a busy Neurology team at a large multi-specialty site with excellent clinical and operational support
• Primarily outpatient practice with Neuro Hospitalist support and minimal inpatient requirements
• Well-established referral network and support from a Neuroscience service line with over 120 Neurologists
• EPIC EMR system
• Be part of an integrated, nationally recognized organization with a physician-led medical group and embedded service line
• Access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining workflows

Training and/or experience required

• Completion of an ABMS-accredited residency and/or fellowship program
• Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Neurology and related fellowship
• Open to new graduates and experienced providers
