About the Roles
Front Desk Receptionist As the first point of contact, you'll create a welcoming experience and keep the office running smoothly by:
Answering phones and scheduling appointments Checking patients in and out Assisting with insurance verification and billing questions Maintaining an organized and friendly front office environment Benefits/Treatment Coordinator Support patients beyond the front desk by:
Collaborating with the clinical team on treatment plans Educating patients about procedures, benefits, and financial options Coordinating insurance and follow-ups Ensuring patients feel informed and supported What We're Looking For
Front Desk Receptionist:
1+ year of customer service or front office experience (dental or medical preferred) Dentrix experience is a plus Strong communication and multitasking skills Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Treatment Coordinator:
Prior dental experience required Solid knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning Confidence discussing finances with patients Strong organizational and communication skills Pay & Benefits
