Maintain accurate and updated records of sales activities and client engagements, as well as track progress toward sales goals, generating reports for management reviews. Compliance:
Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and company protocols throughout sales operations, safeguarding client confidentiality and upholding ethical practices. What We're Looking For: Demonstrated success in sales, ideally in the insurance or financial services sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for establishing rapport and trust with clients. Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. Self-driven with a results-oriented approach and the capability to work independently. Readiness to travel within the designated territory and maintain a flexible work schedule. Valid driver's license and dependable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is advantageous. Life insurance license or the willingness to obtain one (we will assist you in acquiring your license if you do not currently hold it).
