Overview
Create and oversee training programs for new graduates, especially Statistics and Economics majors, to integrate into the ecosystem.
Partner with Analytics teams to develop bespoke measurement solutions across all biddable channels.
Identify best-in-class partnership ecosystems for DSP, Viewability, DCO, and more, aiming to be industry-leading.
Expand on Existing Biddable Capabilities (30%) Design and implement tests to enable brand teams to achieve detailed segmentation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for external digital partners such as Google, Amazon, Yahoo!, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, etc.
Lead and negotiate all Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key partners in the biddable ecosystem.
Integrate with other team leads and CMOs (20%) Assist in expanding Inspire’s Biddable Media capabilities to include OTT and Local Media.
Partner with CMOs and VPs, IMC to align KPIs and leverage biddable channels for business growth.
Collaborate with Analytics to develop learning agendas to measure testing effectiveness.
Work with the Director of Audience Planning to ensure representation across segmentation levels.
Coordinate with VP of Media Planning and Strategy to identify opportunities to shift legacy media (TV) into digital channels like CTV and OTT.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: Required Minimum:
Bachelor’s degree EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION: 8+ years of relevant experience leading digital/biddable media teams at a brand or agency.
Experience building and training teams of hands-on experts for deploying biddable media.
Experience managing budgets of at least $100MM for biddable media.
Ability to navigate complex organizations and work cross-functionally with stakeholders including CMOs and Brand Presidents.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OR ABILITIES: Deep experience working with Media Planning and Analytics partners to create seamless workflows.
Paid social media planning/buying across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snap, Twitter, etc.
Programmatic experience with DSPs such as DV360, Yahoo, The Trade Desk, Google Ads.
Strong experience with biddable Ad Operations and media trafficking.
Negotiation skills for engaging with senior digital partners and presenting results to executive leadership.
Excellent communication skills, with storytelling ability.
Ability to develop learning curricula for new hires supporting large budgets.
Ability to operate effectively in complex systems balancing soft and hard skills.
