We are seeking a top-tier AI Consulting Leader who possesses a deep understanding of AI technologies while being adept at engaging with C-suite executives to drive strategic AI-led transformations. This individual will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI advancements and real-world business impact, helping enterprise customers unlock value from AI.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic AI Advisory & C-Suite Engagement

• Serve as a trusted advisor to CXOs, helping them navigate AI-driven business transformation.
• Lead high-impact AI strategy discussions, aligning AI adoption with business goals.
• Influence AI investments by articulating ROI, use cases, and long-term benefits.

AI & Emerging Technology Thought Leadership

• Stay at the forefront of Generative AI, Agentic AI, ML, and emerging AI trends.
• Shape AI roadmaps for customers by defining scalable and responsible AI adoption strategies.
• Represent the organization in industry forums, analyst discussions, and executive briefings.

Solutioning & AI Implementation Strategy

• Work closely with internal teams to design and propose AI-powered solutions.
• Identify and define high-value AI use cases across industries, particularly in Retail, CPG, Manufacturing, BFSI, and Healthcare.
• Ensure AI solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with customer objectives.

Business & Revenue Growth

• Drive AI-led consulting engagements and pre-sales initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to create differentiated AI offerings.
• Support AI business development and go-to-market strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Engage with AI engineers, data scientists, and business leaders to co-create impactful AI-driven solutions.
• Ensure AI governance, ethics, and compliance are embedded in all discussions.
• Work with hyperscalers, technology partners, and ecosystem players to accelerate AI adoption.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

10-15 years of experience in AI, consulting, or enterprise technology leadership.

Strong AI knowledge across GenAI, ML, NLP, and Agentic AI frameworks.

Proven ability to hold boardroom-level discussions and influence CXO decision-making.

Ability to translate complex AI technology into business value and strategy.

Deep understanding of AI adoption challenges, data strategy, and enterprise AI scaling.

Strong executive presence, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in pre-sales, business consulting, and AI roadmap development.

Exposure to multiple industries (Retail, CPG, Manufacturing, BFSI, etc.) is a plus.

Experience in working with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI ecosystem players.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in top consulting firms (Accenture, Genpact, Fractal analytics, EXL, Tiger Analytics, McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, etc.) or AI-focused roles in global IT services firms.
• Exposure to AI-first product startups or digital transformation programs.
• Strong network with industry leaders, analysts, and AI influencers.
