## Gynecologist Opportunity - The Balanced Woman Clinic - Ardmore, PA

**About Us:**

The Balanced Woman Clinic is a practice which focuses on women's wellness with an emphasis on issues such as menopause and other imbalances in hormone health, located in Ardmore, PA and serving the surrounding communities. We are committed to providing comprehensive gynecological services, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment, and utilizing all recent advances in research focused on women's health to ensure the highest quality of patient care. Our clinic is founded on "The Balanced Woman" philosophy, which emphasizes holistic patient care, work-life integration, and empowering women to take control of their health. We are currently seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Gynecologist to join our growing team and contribute to this patient-centered approach.

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Gynecologist who embodies our commitment to "The Balanced Woman" approach. The ideal candidate will be passionate about women's health, possess excellent clinical skills, and thrive in a team-oriented environment that values both professional excellence and personal well-being.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide comprehensive gynecological care, including routine check-ups, preventative screenings, and diagnosis and treatment of gynecological conditions, with a focus on holistic patient well being.
* Provide specialized care relating to menopause and hormone imbalances.
* Provide patient education and counseling on women's health issues, emphasizing informed decision-making and empowerment.
* Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to established clinical guidelines.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in gynecological medicine, and implement all recent advances in research focused on women's health.
* Contribute to a supportive and balanced work environment.

**Qualifications:**

* Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
* Completion of an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program.
* Board certification or board eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
* Valid and unrestricted medical license in Pennsylvania.
* Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Commitment to providing patient-centered care and embodying the "Balanced Woman" philosophy.
* Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
* Experience or interest in specialized care relating to menopause and hormone imbalances.
