This is a full-time on-site role for a Seasonal Sales Associate, located in Raleigh, NC. The Seasonal Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with their flooring needs, providing product knowledge, and helping customers make informed purchasing decisions. The role involves maintaining the sales floor, managing inventory, and processing transactions. Additional responsibilities include driving sales goals, meeting individual targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Sales experience in a retail environment
• Product knowledge in flooring materials such as carpet, hardwoods, laminate, and tile
• Ability to manage inventory and process transactions
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in the flooring industry is a plus
