Shift: 1st Shift
Pay: $28 - $32/hour depending on experience

ABR Employment Services is seeking a skilled 1st Shift Maintenance Technician for a reputable and expanding food manufacturing facility in Ripon, WI. This is a great opportunity for a mechanically inclined individual with strong troubleshooting skills and a background in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform preventative maintenance and timely repairs on production machinery, packaging equipment, and facility systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Ensure all work complies with food safety regulations, GMP standards, and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to support continuous operations and uphold product integrity.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (food manufacturing experience a plus).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with conveyors, pumps, motors, and gearboxes.
- Working knowledge of electrical systems and controls; PLC experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed to support production demands.
