Our client is a digitally driven insurance broker and portal. They are looking for a HR Manager to assist their HR team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in Town – easily accessible.
Duties
Lead and oversee the HR team , ensuring effective implementation of strategies and reviewing overall performance.
Develop and execute HR policies and initiatives
that align with business goals and support organizational growth. Manage recruitment, employee relations, and performance systems
to attract, retain, and engage top talent. Foster a positive work culture , promoting employee well-being, motivation, and development through training and engagement. Administer compensation, benefits, and appraisal systems
to drive high performance and satisfaction. Ensure compliance with employment laws and provide management with HR insights
through data and reporting.
