Base pay range
$60.00/hr - $65.00/hr No C2C or Sponsorship Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator who is familiar with ITIL. Does this sound like you? Please apply! Type: Temp (2 months) Location: Portland, OR Key Responsibilities: Review and validate change documentation including testing results, implementation plans, and backout strategies. Assess change risk using standardized tools (e.g., Change Risk Calculator) and determine appropriate approval workflows. Coordinate with testers, and implementers to ensure readiness for deployment. Provide formal approval for production changes and communicate decisions to stakeholders. Track implementation outcomes and ensure all documentation is attached to the Change Request (CR) in the ITSM system. Support Change Advisory Board (CAB) reviews and maintain compliance with internal change control policies. Maintain accurate records of change activities for audit and compliance purposes. Skills and Qualifications: Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills Familiarity with ITIL framework and change control processes. Strong analytical and documentation skills. Ability to work on tight deadlines with limited supervision 3+ years work experience preferred Seniority level
