Compensation: $45,000 / Year
Benefits: This position is eligible for
- 40 hours sick leave annually

- 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience (hospitality experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ADP, Workday, Kickfin, or RPOWER a plus
- Strong communication skills with a guest-service mindset
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information
The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting all aspects of HR administration, with a strong focus on onboarding new hires and maintaining accurate employee records. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

About Our Client
Addison Group is hiring for our client, a dynamic and growing hospitality organization. They are seeking a proactive and organized HR professional to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive onboarding experience for new employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR inbox and route communications to appropriate parties
- Prepare and manage onboarding tasks, including job postings, offer letters, E-Verify, and new hire documentation
- Maintain and audit HR records for compliance and accuracy
- Process payroll changes and assist with payroll runs
- Administer employee benefits and assist with Workers Compensation claims
- Respond to unemployment claims and income withholding orders
- Create and update job descriptions and postings
- Prepare HR reports and assist with departmental projects
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies
