Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Commercial Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Estimator located in Cranberry Township, PA. The Estimator will be responsible for assessing project requirements, estimating costs, creating project proposals, and collaborating with the project management team to ensure accurate budgeting and timelines.
Qualifications
HVAC and Piping skills
Material/Equipment Unit Pricing
Plumbing knowledge
Experience in Project Management and Budgeting
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
Certification in HVAC or related field is a plus
