Territory Sales Manager for Downers Grove!
The Territory Sales Manager plays a vital role in our sales hierarchy, working alongside our Branch Manager to support the sales force as well as sell their own jobs. Their goal is to ensure the sales force reaches optimal consistent performance by providing continuous field support. They will be relied on as an expert in closing insurance company adjusters to pay homeowners what they are entitled to on wind and hail claims for roofing, siding, and gutter projects.
The Territory Sales Manager must be physically able and willing to get on ladders and climb roofs of all sizes, stories, and steepness! They will spend limited time on door knocking and lead generation and more time working alongside the Branch Manager to build a solid sales team!
Compensation & Benefits for Territory Sales Manager Draw advancement on activities (ramp up) Commission on approved sales $110,000 - $325,000/year Company truck provided Full insurance benefits (health, dental, vision, and life) Quarterly bonuses (individually and branch) 401K with 2% employer match Sales support staff (customer service, inside sales, supplements, estimating, production, and lead generation) Company issued leads (supplements self-generated) Training and development program W2 position (NOT 1099)
Qualifications for Territory Sales Manager: 1-2 years previous experience in sales management, training, or supervisory role preferred Previous experience in roofing sales, storm restoration (wind and hail damage), or general home improvement industry
required Must be physically able to climb ladders and walk roofs. Self-sufficient; must be able to work in an independent environment. Must have, or obtain, a smartphone capable of downloading apps, files, and photos. Must have a valid driver's license (any state applicable) Previous experience using a CRM platform Experience following a documented consultative sales system preferred
Responsibilities for Territory Sales Manager: Run and convert adjuster appointments for sales force (meet with insurance adjuster on property) Run and convert assigned preset leads (appointments) Train new hires in the field as part of national training program Help manage and maximize efficiency of assigned territory for yourself and existing sales force Achieve assigned performance metrics...activity and results Review scope of work summaries and contracts with homeowners Continually update and progress job status in CRM and manage pipeline Obtain referrals from customers on approved sales/networking Follow and uphold AmeriPro's sales system, policies, processes, and procedures Identify and close new sales opportunities (self-generated prospecting) Be a collaborative AmeriPro leader! (You are a member of leadership) Conduct exterior property inspection for wind and hail damage Make recommendations to homeowners based on findings.
