Shifts Available:
Full-time days, Manager on Duty weekend/holiday rotation
Wage:
$55,000-$85,000
Role Overview Are you compassionate and passionate about enriching lives? Join us to make a difference in the lives of our residents. As an Assistant Executive Director, you will support the Executive Director in managing facility operations, ensuring excellent resident care, and maintaining compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead department teams to achieve the community’s mission, values, and goals.
Develop and execute business plans for facility operations.
Monitor departmental activities, evaluate performance, and provide feedback.
Create an environment fostering creativity, problem-solving, and empowerment.
Conduct regular rounds to oversee care delivery, cleanliness, staff morale, and resident needs.
Promote excellent customer service internally and externally.
Utilize survey data to improve service quality.
Ensure proper use of support resources and staff training.
Maintain facility safety, cleanliness, and equipment.
Manage departmental budgets and business practices.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Ensure compliance with resident rights and safety regulations.
Build positive relationships with regulators, residents, families, and the community.
Oversee human resources functions to ensure legal compliance and staff morale.
Qualifications
Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) in MN or Administrator of Record with CBRF in WI; LNHA preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
Experience in marketing, sales, or advertising preferred.
Minimum two years in long-term or acute care; supervisory experience preferred.
