What it's like to be a Hampton Inn on the Strip- Front Desk/Night Audit at Hampton Inn on the Strip- Front Desk/Night Audit As a Front Desk/Night Audit team member at the Hampton Inn on the Strip, you'll be the face of our hotel, welcoming guests with a warm smile and exceptional service. Each day, you'll handle check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and assist guests with inquiries to ensure a seamless experience. Expect to maintain the front desk area's organization and uphold our high standards of cleanliness and hospitality. Your schedule will consist of shifts from Wednesday to Saturday, offering either the afternoon shift from 3 PM to 11 PM or the overnight shift from 11 PM to 7 AM.
In this role, you will also conduct nightly audits, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate, and provide detailed reports for management. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in customer service and hospitality while contributing to a positive team environment.
