We are looking for a visionary and grounded
Creative Program Manager
to lead three core Harmonic Harvest programs—Community Connections, Renaissance Threads, and Tapestry Roots. You’ll be the bridge between our mission and our community, working closely with program coordinators, weavers, and partners to shape transformative experiences and ensure meaningful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic direction and leadership for Community Connections, Renaissance Threads, and Tapestry Roots Supervise and support program coordinators and collaborate with Weavers (Program and Fundraising Associates) to achieve program goals Coordinate with community partners that align with program initiatives and deepen the impact of each experience Design, facilitate, and oversee workshops, creative activations, and community gatherings Track and report outcomes, insights, and impact across all programs Handle program inquiries and support participant engagement Help lead fundraising marketplace initiatives and ensure programs align with Harmonic Harvest's social enterprise model Co-lead planning and execution of community-based social gatherings and storytelling events Collaborate with other managers and departments to align on shared goals and mission impact Represent Harmonic Harvest in the community and at partner events Qualifications Experience managing creative or community-based programs, especially in arts, wellness, or social impact Strong leadership, communication, and partnership-building skills Experience with impact measurement, reporting, and storytelling A passion for collective healing, creativity, and social transformation Comfortable working in dynamic, nontraditional environments Open availability, including nights and weekends Seniority level
