Base pay range
Skills: Excellent communication skills, Problem-solving abilities, Empathy towards customers, Ability to work under pressure, Strong listening skills, Attention to detail, Multitasking capabilities, Knowledge of customer service best practices.
- Candidate should be a Graduate/Diploma holder and willing to work in Rotational Shift/Rotational Week-off.
- Call center experience in Voice process is preferable, but Freshers can also apply.
- Candidate must have good command of English and one of the following languages: Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu (modify as per location need).
- Basic Computer Knowledge is preferable.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Attractive Salary + PF + ESI + Performance Incentives, as applicable.
