Head of Partnerships
to help us grow. In this foundational role, you'll lead strategic integrations and ecosystem relationships that extend the value of our platform across key verticals. You’ll work cross-functionally with GTM, product, and engineering teams to identify, secure, and manage high-impact partnerships. What You’ll Do Lead the full lifecycle of strategic partnerships — from sourcing and pitching to negotiation and long-term relationship management Build integrations with key platforms across payments, logistics, CMS tools, marketing automation, and regulatory or compliance systems Collaborate closely with engineering and product to prioritize and deliver technical integrations Represent the company at partner meetings, conferences, and industry events Track partner performance and impact on revenue and retention Stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities to grow our partner ecosystem You Bring 5–10+ years in partnerships, business development, or strategic sales roles Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder B2B deals Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams Strong organizational skills and CRM fluency (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving startup environment Comfortable navigating both commercial and technical conversations Willingness to travel for partner meetings and events Bonus Points For Experience with ecommerce platforms, payments, logistics, or marketing tech Background in SaaS or API-driven businesses Previous experience building a partnership function from scratch Experience working with marketplaces or platform-based business models Interest in the evolving infrastructure of online commerce What’s Offered Competitive compensation and meaningful equity Health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) Daily lunch & dinner (if near an office hub) Annual team offsite with the full company The opportunity to shape a category-defining platform at the ground level Interested?
