About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of User Acquisition to spearhead the next phase of growth for its consumer subscription app. The successful candidate will be a key player in driving top-of-funnel growth, with a focus on paid social, YouTube, and programmatic affiliate networks. This role is pivotal in scaling user acquisition efforts and is ideal for a performance marketing leader with a strong background in consumer subscription apps. The Head of User Acquisition will be responsible for developing and executing the user acquisition strategy, ideating and testing new channels, and managing all aspects of paid acquisition, including media buying, budget management, and performance analysis. The role demands a mix of analytical rigor and creative intuition to ensure predictable, scalable growth. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in leading paid acquisition, with a proven track record of success in scaling spend across major acquisition channels, particularly within paid social. Strong analytical skills, fluency in campaign reporting, attribution modeling, and MMP tools are essential. The role also requires hands-on experience in managing affiliate network partnerships. The Head of User Acquisition will work closely with the founding and executive team, and will be expected to bring a strategic and data-driven approach to the role, while also being adept at sourcing high-converting assets and optimizing performance based on data insights.
