How You'll Contribute: In this role, you'll conduct the Employee Health program and manage Infection Control initiatives. You will engage in surveillance, education, and regulatory compliance while being a role model for patient and employee safety. Key Responsibilities: Conduct the Employee Health program and support Infection Control responsibilities under the Manager of Infection Prevention. Apply CDC/NHSN HAI definitions for Infection Control. Provide education on infection control principles and patient safety. Demonstrate excellent organizational and customer service skills. Manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments. Participate in quality initiative development and improvement. Utilize strong computer skills for data entry in NHSN and electronic health records accurately.
