As a Healthcare Support Technician, you will deliver exceptional customer service while assisting in administering innovative mental health treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Esketamine therapies. You will play a key role in the administrative functions of the practice, including scheduling, insurance verification, and patient check-in/check-out. Responsibilities Ensure adherence to HIPAA and confidentiality standards. Provide compassionate care that fosters trust and rapport with patients facing mental health challenges. Perform TMS treatments under physician protocols, monitor patient comfort, and document sessions effectively. Address and resolve any issues regarding patient comfort and treatment setup. Administer psychiatric rating scales and assist patients in completing them accurately. Maintain accurate records of schedules, patient demographics, and insurance details. Collect payments from patients, including deductibles, co-insurance, and co-pays. Manage multiple phone lines and promptly respond to email inquiries from current and prospective patients. Ensure the integrity of medical records through proper scanning and documentation in Electronic Medical Records software. Qualifications Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring an exceptional experience for prospective patients. Exhibit strong multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required, along with robust computer and data entry skills. Demonstrate strong written, verbal, and organizational skills. Communicate effectively and collaborate well within a team setting. Engage professionally and compassionately with patients, clinic staff, physicians, and support teams. Maintain professional standards in appearance and conduct, with a focus on patient confidentiality. Preferably hold an Associate's or Bachelor's degree; however, candidates with relevant experience in patient care, medical offices, or customer service will be strongly considered. Pay range:
$22.00 to $24.00 per hour. This reflects the expected base salary range for this position, and actual pay will be adjusted based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors. Bonus potential and other compensation forms may also be available. About the Company:
