What You’ll Do
- Lead the Full Sales Cycle: Prospect, qualify, and close new business in your own exclusive multi-state territory—No internal competition.
- Own the Numbers: Hit monthly activity goals, including outbound calls, active prospects, and secured sales meetings.
- Achieve Key Sales Metrics: Meet quotas for new agreements, billed accounts, and first-year gross margin.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Manage client relationships from first contact through successful placement, collaborating closely with internal recruitment teams.
- Analyze and Improve: Track and report on key performance metrics weekly, monthly, and quarterly. Use insights to refine your approach.
- Continuous Learning & Collaboration: Contribute to annual client reviews and assist with managing contract lifecycles and improving client satisfaction.

What You Bring
- 2+ years in sales, business development (B2B preferred)
- Proven success in hitting or exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated, coachable, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Healthcare or recruiting experience is a plus
This is primarily an in-office position through training, but will earn hybrid flexibility.
