This is more than a job — it's an opportunity to walk alongside survivors as they heal, rebuild, and reclaim their lives. Position Summary: In this role, you will provide trauma-informed, survivor-centered support and help clients connect to vital services including housing, healthcare, education, employment, and legal advocacy. You’ll collaborate with a team of Peer Support Navigators and community partners to promote long-term safety, stability, and empowerment.
