Job Description: Sr. Director Distribution & Logistics North America
Lensa, the leading career site, is assisting Herbalife in recruiting a Sr. Director of Distribution & Logistics for North America. This role involves overseeing warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution operations to ensure excellent service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include: Leading all warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution operations in North America. Managing logistics partners and optimizing transportation and warehousing services. Ensuring timely delivery of orders and effective communication with stakeholders. Collaborating with manufacturing and supply chain teams to optimize inventories and shipping. Developing and implementing logistics systems and technologies. Managing a budget over $75 million USD and leading a team of 300+ employees. Ensuring compliance with global and regional policies, safety, and trade regulations. Fostering a positive work environment and representing Herbalife externally. Qualifications: 10-15 years in supply chain, with leadership experience. Deep knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and distribution. Experience in international environments and with logistics systems. Bachelor’s or Master’s in logistics or related fields; certifications preferred.
