Education: High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
Pay range: $20 per hour
Status: Full Time/Part Time or Per Diem
Shift: 3rd Shift (11:00 PM-7:30 AM)

About Us: High Point & Affiliated Organizations is a health and human service agency whose mission is to treat and prevent substance use disorders and mental illness. High Point has programs located throughout Southeastern Massachusetts offering a full continuum of care for substance use and mental health treatment, including inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community-based services. Recovery Specialist Duties & Responsibilities:
- Applicants should have knowledge of substance use disorders & mental health conditions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, & boundaries
- Facilitate & document group discussions
- Complete client admission documentation
- Complete property searches, monitor clients while maintaining a therapeutic, safe, & calm unit
- Observation & accounting of patients at all times ensuring safety (hourly checks w/ documentation)
- Escorting patients to meals & fresh air breaks
- Attends required meetings & mandatory trainings
Recovery Specialist Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent GED
