NEW JERSEY CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH AIDE LICENSE REQUIRED
Full Time/Part Time/WEEKENDS/12 HOUR SHIFTS - ALL OPEN!

SHIFT AVAILABILITY:
WEEKEND SHIFTS AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY!
12-hour shifts: 8am-8pm
Awake overnights: 8pm-8am
Daytime shifts: 8am-4pm; 9am-5pm
REQUIRED: NEW JERSEY DRIVER'S LICENSE & RELIABLE VEHICLE FOR CLIENT TRANSPORTATION

OUR BENEFITS INCLUDE: Medical Insurance - Blue Cross/Blue Shield (eligible after working a minimum of 25 hours per week for 3 months) Vision, Dental, and Life Insurance (available for employees working a minimum of 30 hours a week for 3 months) 401K with company match (eligible after working 1 year and 1,000 hours) Direct Deposit PPE Provided 24-hour support from our office Consistent work with opportunities for advancement A supportive work environment Convenient location serving clients in Essex and Union counties Flexible scheduling options to accommodate your commitments Access to free courses for professional development Mileage compensation for travel between clients YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Supporting seniors to thrive in their homes Providing companionship and engaging in meaningful conversations Assisting with household activities (light housekeeping, meal prep, etc.) Helping with personal hygiene care (toileting, grooming, bathing, etc.) Caring for clients who are bedridden Reminding clients to take medications Providing incidental transportation (medical appointments, shopping, etc.) Working with clients diagnosed with Alzheimer's/Dementia QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH AIDE LICENSE (MUST be licensed in New Jersey) Physical examination (completed by a doctor, less than 1 year old) TB test Proof of MMR immunization Authorization to work in the United States New Jersey residency Excellent communication skills with clients and staff Valid New Jersey Driver's License and reliable vehicle (including proof of registration and insurance) Ability to lift 25 lbs or more HOME INSTEAD IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
