We are seeking a Senior Event Manager to oversee the planning and execution of large, intricate multi-day group events. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of the only Hilton Managed property in Dallas. What will I be doing? As a Senior Event Manager, you will be responsible for executing written sales agreements for large-scale and complex meetings, conventions, and events, ensuring outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Your tasks will include: Executing sales agreements for events with over 300 room nights Negotiating vendor and service agreements Maintaining client relationships to ensure service excellence Communicating event details with clients and hotel departments Partnering with operations teams Monitoring and developing team performance Assessing service satisfaction and implementing improvements Recruiting, interviewing, and training staff What are we looking for?
