$80K-$100K base + commission (On Target Earning $140K+) Office Requirement:

Key Responsibilities
Hunt for New Business Identify and pursue target companies within your territory Sell Smart Discover client needs and deliver tailored HCM solutions Target C-Level Decision Makers Build relationships with CEOs, CFOs, Presidents, and Owners Collaborate Daily Work with internal teams and be active in the field Deliver Results Meet and exceed sales targets What You Need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience Proven success in closing deals and managing a territory Excellent presentation and communication skills Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Comfortable speaking with executive-level leaders Strong business acumen About Us
